1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery

  • You notify us within 3 days of receiving your order

  • The product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact

Please note: We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind or size exchanges at this time.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please email us at [email protected]  with the following details:

  • Your full name and order number

  • Photos of the item showing the issue

  • A short description of the problem

Our customer service team will assess your request and provide further instructions.

3. Refund Method

Since we operate via Cash on Delivery, we do not offer cash refunds. If your return is approved:

  • A store credit or replacement item will be issued

  • The value of the credit will be equal to the amount you paid for the returned item

Refunds/store credits will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
